37 weeks and last week my doctor said she had moved to sunny side up, which I could tell because her movement has been different. Well the last 2/3 days every time she moves it’s so painful! I honestly can’t tell if it’s a contraction or her moving. It’s under my belly button like her arms.

I did paint the room yesterday so I know I over did it but this hurts so bad I can’t even sit up. Laying down is the only thing that helps

How can you tell if it’s her moving or contractions? It all just hurts!
