Cold symptoms and sore throat first sign of pregnancy?

I've read somewhere that getting sick with a cold and sore throat in your TWW is a good sign of conception. Something about your body wanting to fight something off? How many of you have found this to be true? How long did your cold symptoms last? Just curious about others input!!!

Got sick a few days after my positive opk. Took a home pregnancy after I started feeling better and I got positives!!
