Working out at home
I have like $0 dollars. I am on a huge budget. But I cannot get into working out at home. I give up early than I should because I know I can just go sit on the couch. When I got to the gym, I atleast workout all I can with actual equipment(no equipment at home). There is a gym that is $10/month no commitment. But I’d like to give working out at home another try.
Any suggestions on how to stay motivated? I have no mirror to work out with at home so I’m not able to correct bad sets. Help!
