Need help!! 🤔 anyone know what this is? 😳

First of all.

I do apologise for the not so great pics of my bod guys...

Second: So I've had this rash thing start appearing on me a couple months ago, wasn't too worried. but recently it has become a lot worse and darker. The 2 on my stomach have appeared and It's also becoming quite itchy.

Does anybody know what exactly this is, and what I can do about getting rid of it or at least improving it's appearance. I don't want to go to the doctors, I hate it. and it's not life threatening. Unless someone thinks it's something i should have looked at.
