numbness/tingling in legs??

I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my first, we're so excited! but every now and then I'll get these sharp pains in my legs and numbness and tingling. it mostly happens at night. is this normal?? a little concerned...😣

I am having the worst tingling/pain in my pelvic bone area by my hip. Only on one side. I assume its ligament?

same, from what I've read it's due to two things. 1. sitting in the same position for a long time and 2. the cramping in your hips and back froom round ligament pain can shoot down your leg.
