Birth Control
I plan on tapering off my birth control pill. I took it for hormonal acne, but it makes my period all wacky and the side effects suck.
I want to try to avoid my hormones going crazy, any suggestions on how to do so??
I have been on it for a year, and it helped my acne a lot. I only get breakouts around my mouth and chin area.
