I’m 15 and have been getting heart burns wayyyy more than usual. And last week I had this really weird chest pain but it hurt pretty bad. Help me please!

I'm 23 and have had heart burn since I was 14. I take one Zantac before my last meal of the day and that helps. What also helps is if I don't eat too late, or I eat healthier food options at night.

I have had heart burn in the past that felt like my chest was being torn apart, it hurt so so so bad. Antacids work when it flares up but the key is prevention with diet for me.
