Have you ever taken a pregnancy test and it say negative but it was just too early and you really were pregnant?

I was nauseous and throwing up & my tummy was on fire Friday night and I thought it was because I ate DQ for dinner. All day Sat I felt hungover and miserable but slept through the night. Then randomly Sunday night I felt nauseous again and threw up 2x, and then felt nauseous all day Monday and just had a lazy day afraid to eat. I took a test Sunday and I couldn’t see 2 pink lines just one. I also feel like the symptoms of being pregnant wouldn’t be evident until at least 8 weeks... I don’t have a fever but was a sweaty mess when I woke up from a nap... idk 😐
