Do you believe its harder to lose baby weight after csection?

I had a c section 4 months ago and I see girl having almost flat stomach after few day and I’m there have a big thing there, I feel like they are having something magic and I don’t -.- I’m breastfeeding btw

I had a c section in February and after about 2 weeks I was back to my pre pregnancy size. But I think it depends more on your pregnancy. I only gained a few pounds, so I was all babies (twins). So once they were out, everything I gained was gone. I don’t think it had to do with the c section.

Im right there with you, almost 4 mo PP after c-section and  BF, but I’ve only managed to go down 10 lbs still about 10-15lbs over my pre- prep weight

I'm not sure if it's any harder since I only ever had a C-section, but I do know that prepregnancy my belly fat was spread all across my abdomen and smooth. Now it just sits right on top of my scar like a forever muffin top 😥

It’s hard because you’re healing at the Same time as recovering. Also you can’t workout like they can. Just give it time.

I was back in my PP clothes, buttoning my jeans without issue -just tenderness from the incision, the day after my CS (when they finally let me get up to shower) and weighed less than I was before pregnancy 3 days after my CS. I believe it has something to do with how much weight you put on during your pregnancy. I only gained 14lbs the entire pregnancy and it all came off immediately because it was all baby/placenta.

It took exercise and clean eating, but I was in better shape 4 months after my c-section than before becoming pregnant. Some bodies “snap back”, and others require effort. You’ll get there eventually, if you set your mind to it!
