can quitting smoking effect your usual period traits?
so I usually smoked a pack a day, but because of this cold i caught, ive quit, cold turkey. yesterday, a bout a week since my last cigarette, my period came, and shockingly it wasnt AS heavy as it usually is, and there were a lot more clots than there usually are. can it be connected to quitting smoking ?
