Yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative.. it has only been one week past unprotected sex. My SO has been paranoid about me being pregnant and I tried to explain to him that it wouldn’t show positive results quite yet. So I don’t know if it’s just my paranoia, but I’ve been thinking that some way it could have been a false negative because things just don’t add up to me. Also, this week will be 2 weeks past unprotected sex and I know that it takes about 2-3 weeks for a test to become positive. So I was thinking about buying a cheaper test (I took clearblue with the “not pregnant” or “pregnant” results) that can tell you if you’re pregnant 5 days before a missed period and take it probably about Friday. Would this give me better results doing it this way? And do you have any tips on getting accurate results?
