HELLLLLP what’s up!!

So I’m 3 days late no signs of af keep going to the restroom and nothing took a test yesterday got a bfN it’s only 4 more days in this month and I never missed a month except when I was pregnant in nov 2018 that ended in mmc and when I had my dear son 14 years ago I just don’t know what going on! Anyone been through this before??
