I honestly didn't even know this was a thing. What would be shamed? 
That biologically speaking your body is doing what its supposed to? 
I really don't understand this. 🤔

i got my first period at 7 and didnt get it again until I was 11. my mom made a huge stick about it to the point i was scared to ask her for period stuff and free bled my first few regular cycles until i started to smell. when i finally told her i was scared to tell because i thoight shed be made she beat me.
