Help!!!

Please can anybody comment on the below; I don’t even know what made me do this so random, I am due AF in 3 days Friday 30th so I decided to do this tonight as soon as I got home from work after not having a drink for a while, I done the test at like 17:30 and read the results at 18:00 I know this is a long time after but this has never happened what do I do?
