For those who DO NOT like kids: how often were you around young kids/babies growing up?

Okay so I don't like kids. I don't want them and I don't even really like being around them. I was the youngest child in my family and all of my cousins/aunts/uncles etc. live in another country so any chance to take care of or see my baby cousins or whatever never happened. Basically, I have NEVER been around babies or toddlers or all that sort. I touched my first diaper at the age of 20, held a baby for the first time when I was 22, I think you get the idea lol.
So I'm guessing that's probably why I don't like kids. I never developed a maternal instinct and I have no idea what to do around little kids.
I was just curious to know if most other people who don't like them had similar upbringings.

I am not having kids and do not like being around young children. I was an only child. There are no younger children in my family and even to this day I have never touched a baby nor really been near one. Plan to keep it that way.

I don’t like kids. Never have. Hate baby sitting, hate being around them. But, I love my kids. Hate them sometimes 😂 but I love being a mother. Kids are just gross.

I've never liked kids. I didn't like them when I was one. I had a nephew I was around pretty often when I was young, but that was it. I never babysat or anything. It's funny, because now that I'm a mom, I thought for sure I'd like kids more. NOPE. I just like MY kid. I absolutely love him to death and love spending time with him, but for the most part every one else's kids annoy me lol.

i’m a little complicated. I don’t like babies. I didn’t like them when I was a small child and I don’t like them now. 
I find older children to be pleasant sometimes. I tend to act like a child myself so I can have a bit of fun with a behaved child.
teenagers I absolutely hate, it’s just a bad age to be around, I relate more to three-year-olds than angry teens. 
I spent almost 10 years of my life working with kids though. Through jobs like daycare babysitting camp counselor, school volunteer, boys and girls club employee, full-time nanny. 
no I’m 25 years old and I’ve only recently decided that I don’t want to have kids. It turns out that the whole time I thought I had to have kids because of my religious history and what society expects of me. my fiancé doesn’t like kids and that really made me think hard enough about it to realize I don’t want kids either.
nowadays I find myself avoiding kids more. I think that I was lucky enough to be around some pleasant kids in my lifetime. But times are changing and i can’t even relate to kids now a days. The children of today Live a totally different life than how it was when I was a kid.
