Breast pain

I’m 37 weeks and 5 days and I have pain in my right breast since morning today. This is very unpleasant and uncomfortable and I have no ideas what’s causing this. It hurts more when I touch my nipple. please helpppppppp.... why only right side breast and not both ??? I hope everything is fine
