My 18 month old son had scarlet fever about 5-6 weeks ago. He completed his antibiotics. He’s never been 100% since and has had cold after cold. He’s not had much appetite and I’m worried about him loosing weight. He’s the same weight as he was at 14 months but his 12-18 month old trousers are starting to hang off him.

He’s broke out in this rash tonight. It disappears with a glass. And I think he’s got the strawberry rash on his tongue again. What could it be? He doesn’t have a temp and he’s well enough apart from no appetite. He’s got a cough so when he eats he’s coughing so much he’s sick.
