heating pads safe for back/hips?
hello, I'm at 4w5d today and I'm having bad back and hip pain and some light cramping. I've always had issues with my hips so I assume the pregnancy is just not helping that! I know I've read not to use a heating pad on my belly but is it safe if I use it on my hips and back? I got no sleep last night due to discomfort.
