Normal?

So I’m 30 weeks pregnant and the past day have had quite alot or pressure, not sure if it’s braxton hicks or not. Belly goes quite tight, there’s no pain just feels like baby is making his/her appearance known! Movements have become a lot stronger also, more like actual shifts than kicks! Does this all sound normal...FTM here 🤔 xx

I had this mini freak out earlier this week! I had some very kind ladies offer me some great advice. Chug the water! Honestly, its a life saver. I was having the same tightening belly sensation but with no pain and it was happening often, like 3-4 in an hour. I just chugged two bottles of water and laid down on my left side for about 15-20 minutes and it immediately helped. I learned that if you're dehydrated that they will happen more often 😊 I hope that helps you like it helped me

I'm 30 weeks and i get this too! however I was in hospital a couple of weeks ago because the tightenings became regular (it resolved itself) so just keep an eye out for that 😊

Also I went to the emergency room last week bc the Braxton Hicks were painful so they monitored me in the OB and the dr ran tests and everything came back normal. Dr did say I was having contractions her me and there but he said it’s fairly normal at this gestation.

I’ll be 30 weeks in a couple days and I get this too! It’s like the baby just pushing forward for a minute or something!
