Can too many cervical checks cause cramping?
Reason I ask is I got a little obsessed one day and checked like 10 times lol. No cervical irritation or bleeding I’m not like being forceful or anything but I had cramping that only lasted a day. Am I the only one that does this? Could the cramping have been implantation at 11 dpo?
