Still BFN and a week late

Hi ladies. About a year ago I started getting irregular periods every now and then. Either a week or 2(happened once) late.

Currently I’m a week late and I tested yesterday. If you have irregular periods how long did it take you to find that bfp? I for sure af was coming because I had some cramping 2 days ago but that hasn’t come back aside from the really really sore boobs and horrible lower back pain 😩

Any advice?
