Getting pregnant with PCOS

Could you please tell your pcos and TTC stories. It would really help me (any probably a lot of other people) get a feel for how it is TTC with pcos. I know everyone’s different, but it’s nice to see other stories, good and bad. I’ve been trying for 1 year with irregular periods. Hopefully going to be on meds soon to help.
