LDR Boyfriend's Feelings

My LDR boyfriend says that his feelings towards me have changed and that he doesn't know if we're going to last. I am devastated because I thought we were going good and I am planning to go and visit him again this year. February 14th was our one year anniversary and I spent Christmas with him. What do I do?
