We just found out that my husband has azoospermia. Two of his S.A.'s came back with no sperm present. We are getting ready to start the process of testing to see what the cause might be. We will also be referred to a urologist after testing is finished. Does anyone have experience with this? I am just so upset about it. I know it's hard for him too but he won't show it. Surely someone has a positive story to tell to give me some hope! Right now I just feel so helpless!
