My fiancé and I were so excited to be welcoming a baby, but then suddenly he went to jail, is going to prison, and I’m excited to have our little girl to myself, but I also hate him for leaving us, especially like that. Due April 30th.

Look I don’t know your situation or the reasons why he is locked up. 
You hating him will only make him feel worse, I’m sure it’s killing him inside not being able to be their to see his child be born or to spend time with her.
Be the better person, it’s his child too and give that child a nice memory of her daddy. 
I know it’s easier said than done but this is coming from someone which went through same experience as a child.
