Did you drink any energy drinks while pregnant?

I haven’t drank any, I’m just curious if anyone had and what it was

you have your profession listed as a detox nurse. That means that you have more knowledge than the common layperson. so you're well aware that the ingredients aren't safe when a person isn't pregnant and certainly more so when a person is pregnant. the caffeine is generally not to high as in not over the 200m limit per day however you shouldn't have to terribly much at 1 go either. The true concern is the unsafe ingredients and the excessive amounts of sugar

I quit caffeine when i found out I was pregnant.  just didn't want to take any chances.

No.. I love them but it literally says on the can not to drink if pregnant.

I was an everyday red bull drinker (bad, I know. Don’t need a lecture). Stopped as soon as I found out i was pregnant. Scared to drink after because I’ll be breastfeeding. I do have coffee a few times a week in the mornings now.

I quit drinking them a few months before I got pregnant and I didn't crave them or anything when I stopped drinking them but the other day I was craving the zero calorie monsters so bad 🙁 but I didn't give in. I just stick to my cup of coffee😝
