Normal poop or diarrhea?

My little girl is 16 days old... she’s eating fine, but sometimes I worry that she might have diarrhea and I can’t tell.  She’s exclusively breastfed, and all her poops are watery.
How would I know if she has diarrhea?

Ebf babies have liquidy poop. They’re only eating liquid, so they poop liquid too. Totally normal!

My nurse at the hospital said as long as there’s substance sitting on top of the diaper then it’s not diarrhea, but if it’s all soaked in then it is

A nurse in the hospital told me that I'd know if it was diarrhea - it will be non-stop poop.
