So I was 25 days late for my period this past month. About 3 weeks ago I got blood work done and that test was negative. A week and half later I took an at home test because AF still hadnt showed up (my periods are always regular)

This was my test (took pic right after I took it) I thought maybe it was just an evap with too faint of a line behind it. So I stopped testing to stop disappointing myself. One Wednesday (of last week) I started to cramp so I figured my period was finally gonna show up. I didn’t start bleeding till Friday but when I did it was a LOT of blood (TMI) like I would bleed through a super tampon within 30min and the cramping was so intense I could barely stand. I ended up leaving work on Saturday not able to stand it anymore. I thought it was just a bad period from being so late but everyone kept asking if I was sure I wasn’t losing a baby. I sent this pic to my sister in law whose a nurse and she said it was definitely a positive test. The last couple miscarriages I’ve had I’ve bleed for about a week this time it was only 4 days so she said I was probably really early on and to go to my OB and get things situated. But I’m terrified he’s gonna tell me it was a miscarriage and that’s somethings wrong with me. What if I can’t have any kids? I just need some encouragement
