Are these cramps normal???

I just started having moderate cramping its lower pelvic area im 4 weeks today & im currently feeling it while sitting & noticed it while walking around do you think I need to call asvice nurse? Or is this a common cramping you all feel too?

I’ve been having cramps since Saturday. I have been so paranoid about it (this is my first pregnancy) and everything I’ve read has assured me that it’s normal - our uteruses are just stretching and the baby is implanting itself - both of which are great!!

I’ve just posted about this. I’m 4 weeks and 4 days and am feeling cramps which are quite painful. I generally suffer with bad period pains anyway. I’ve read that as long as there’s no heavy bleeding, it’s ok. I understand your worry though - I’m going out of my mind right now! Good luck to you! 💕

Cramping could be from implantation. If it’s severe I would call, or just call for peace of mind!
