Cons: This shit burns for a minute but being able to sleep is worth it. If your nose is raw from snot ruining your life, it burns even worse.

My through hurts from drainage and it has stopped the drainage so my throat is getting a break

Also, this shit can apparently be addictive. Only use it once a day maybe and when you really need it. It says don't use longer than 3 days at a time. I just use it before bed so I don't drown in my sleep.
