What’s in your hospital bag?

35 weeks and need to purchase what I need for when baby comes. What’s in your bag or what do you recommend?

house slippers, pillow, toothbrush and paste, i bring my own shampoo, cond, body wash, camera, phone charger, comfy clothes to go home in, make up if u care, deodorant, hair ties hospital will provide tucks, pads, underwear which i think are comfy not sexy but comfy lol, ice packs.. for baby not much bc they give u a lot. id bring outfits(going home outfit) a blanket, car seat. they provide the diapers, formula if your not bf, wash cloths for spit up, diaper cream most people over pack for baby and they give u a lot!

also 35 weeks. hospital bag currently contains: clothes for hubby, loose fitting clothes for me, slippers and socks for both, 3 different coming home outfits for baby girl (weather is weird in PA this time of year), books for us to read if it's a long labor/stay, chargers for phones, cameras, etc. copies of ids, insurance cards and other paperwork. toiletries for both of us. a few depends for me cause to hell with those hospital pads lol, contact solution and case. a few dollars in cash and coins for parking or vending machines. and next to this bag is the car seat. don't forget the car seat. Lol I forgot it last time and my mom had to get it bring it up to us. im probably forgetting some stuff but that's the basics of it.

This is a must if you are planning to breastfeed. Lanolin cream can be applied to your nipples after each feed to prevent cracking and pain! I also recommend shower shoes, over night maxi pads, and your own pillow & blanket.

Bottles & infant formula, I breastfed my daughter for 6hours straight and she wasn't satisfied. I refused to feed her formula but i couldn't get her to settle so I was forced to rethink my options and fed her formula.
