Anxiety at walmart??

Okay who else that suffers from anxiety/ social anxiety has a phobia of going to marge crowded places such as walmart, the mall, parties and weddings? I get real bad anxiety to the point where i just stop going to these places or when i go i just do it quickly n get out asap. DO YOU GET ANXIETY AT LARGE PARTIES AND PLACES LIKE THE MALL AND WALMART??

I prefer larger crowds, I get anxious when there’s a small amount of people and more attention can be directed towards me.

My mom would and she had to start taking meds for it to help. It can happen. I mean I get anxiety with different things but I’m usually with a friend and her son and it keeps my mind preoccupied

This is exactly why I only do grocery pick up so I can avoid going inside of the store and my severe panic disorder being set off. Walmart grocery is free, Food City and Kroger have a small fee but it's 100% worth it.

Omg yesss!! When I was pregnant I couldn’t handle the anxiety at Wal Mart anymore and I literally would cry every time went in 😂😂 Damn their cheap prices because they keep bringing me back but I hate my life every time I go!

Yea, I have pretty bad social anxiety, and pretty much refuse to go to any convenience store, grocery store, retail store, etc. by myself.. Like I won't really go anywhere like that without my husband or someone else. I hate it but I cannot overcome it.
