Ok, so here’s the deal... im 18 days late, sore breasts, nausea during the day, a bit of indigestion when I eat, BUT I took a HPT when I was 7 days late and it was negative... I havent wanted to test again dreading that single line... Im 34 obese and have PCOS... could I be preggers or could this be just a skipped cycle? Trying to reeelaaaxxx

Take another test. It can be a huge number of reasons that your period is late. If you are pregnant and you keep putting it off, you're wasting crucial time that you should be using to make sure you're giving that baby the healthiest you that you can be and giving that baby the best start possible. Look, negatives are disappointing for everyone ttc but putting it off doesn't do anyone any favors.
