Induce labor?

Ways to induce labor on your own? 39 weeks & 1 day. I have an appt w my doctor on my due date, she said if my baby isn't here by then they'll induce me the next day. And i really don't want the doctors to induce me so is there anything i can do or take to help her come naturally? Besides sex.

Go to an acupuncturist & tell them you’re trying to induce labor. There are pressure points that can help. You’ll have to go to a few sessions though.

If you want to induce labour try doing this
Put some chilli flakes in some water and neck it back, I did this and within a hour my waters broke then that night I was in labour going to the hospital to have my baby girl!! Good luck

Light exercise like dancing, walking, going up and down stairs a lot- this worked for my sister. We did wii dancing in the morning, took a couple laps around her apartment building and walked around the neighborhood. We got back to her place, she wanted to take a bath but when she got into the bathroom her water broke. 
I think there’s a tea or an oil that could help also. 
I’ve heard nipple stimulation helps.
