Healthy Weight Gain
Hi, I have a question that I can't find an answer to online. My starting bmi was 29, so I should gain 15-25lbs, which should occur during my 2nd and 3rd trimester. Due to nausea and food aversions, I've lost 15lbs in my first 12 weeks. Does this mean I can safely give birth at my starting weight, or should I gain 30 lbs to make up for the loss and additionally gain the recommended amount? I'm generally pretty fit & healthy, just short and curvy. I'm showing already, despite this being my first pregnancy to make it this far.
