Trying to conceive

Hello ladies, my significant other and I had sex on Sunday and I ovulate today Wed. I've been pretty regular but we haven't conceived since we had a miscarriage in January. We won't be able to have sex until tomorrow, Thursday.... do you think that will count me out? My cm is right for ovulation and so is my temperature.
