Glucose Test Results?

How long does it take for your glucose test results to come in? And do you get a call to tell you the results or do you have to call to ask?

I got my results within a few minutes after they took my blood. I didn't realize that so many offices don't give results right away.

I had mine on Friday and I haven’t gotten any results yet but I think they would only call me if I came back positive? I have an appt a week from today so I’m sure they’ll tell me then

I did it Monday and the results were uploaded to the website at the end of the day.  I failed by a few points and am currently doing the three hour test... wondering how quickly I will get these ones, hopefully the same but I don’t think the lab posts them directly I think they wait for an OB to sign off on it.

I did it yesterday and knew my results in 2 hrs. My hospital does online results though so I haven’t heard from my doc and prob won’t until my appt next Monday. You can call the office I’m sure they have the results

They only call me if I fail. I have an app for my Dr office I can go on and see all records, appointments, prescriptions, vitals, and diagnosis. So if they don't call I just check my app.

I knew the same day. She would have just posted them to my online chart that afternoon, but she ended up calling because I had to be transferred and admitted for low platelets, which I’m glad they decided to test for. Before we left for the other hospital, I asked for my results. Knowing I passed one of the tests made me feel a bit better :)

Well damn, they just sent me on my way right after they drew the blood for it. I’ll call tomorrow I guess lol.

I get mine done on Thursday and when I made the appointment my dr told me I would have the results within an hour

my results came back immediately. They told me in like three minutes that i passed.
