Anyone with similar numbers?

Question

I had my egg retrieval last Wednesday, although I had 22 follicles we only had 16 mature eggs. 11 fertilised but only 3 made it to day 5 freeze (graded 4ab, 4bb and 3bb) the rest were kept for day six but were discarded after all.
I feel really discouraged.
Anyone has any insight to why? Or had a similar journey? Was your FET successful?

my retrieval they took 18, were able to fertilize 11 and only 4 made it freeze point. first transfer we did 2 embryos, second time the last time. they changed my medication slightly this time around and i had an endometrial scratch done to remove any microscopic polups and to test for endometriosis. I'm currently 5wks. :)

You have good grades embryos. I don’t even know what my embryos grade are. 
I had 16 eggs and 7 made it to blastocyst day 5 and 6, and 5 of them were abnormal and I’m pretty sure have been discarded. 
I have 2 PGS normal embryo. I’m very discouraged too because I thought I probably could get 1/3 good embryos from 16 eggs. I have low quality issue. Been taking so much supplements to improve, I guess it didn’t work.

I had a similar scenario for IVF 1 in my twenties.  But for me most eggs were immature.  22 follies,  16 retrieved,  only 3 mature,  4 were matured in the lab so 7 total eggs.  All fertilized and 2 made it to blast who are now my 10 y/o twins. Doing IvF again next month.  Same RE says lupron protocol was not right for me and over suppressed  me causing eggs not to mature.  Plus egg quality can be an issue for me with PCO.  A change in protocol seems to be what helps a lot of people.  My guess is you may have been overstimulated a big which can damage eggs unfortunately.  If you have to do retrieval again,  I would discuss with RE protocol and egg quality.  We are doing HGH with ourprotocolthis time to give a boost to quality and also adding low dose testosterone while on BCP before stims which also helps with egg quality.
