So I know your not supposed to read tests after the timeframe but at the time frame the test looked negative. Then 40 mins later positive. Is the result valid or invalid?

I would consider it invalid. But definitely test again.

If u are vsry early at pregnancy u may need more time to come up positive. I had only shadows in time frame bit it would get darker after 20 or so mins

I wouldn't say invalid because the pic from time frame looks like dye had not finished settling, would be worth testing with a frer
