Vitex
I’ve been having irregular cycles since getting off the pill in December and came across Vitex and wanted to give it a try.
What’s everyone’s experience with it? Can I start it mid cycle or wait until I get my period and it ends and then start? Also, any weird side effects? I have endometriosis
