Should I sit it out?

I'm 7 weeks on from my miscarriage. Ive had retained tissue and 3 rounds of tablets to remove everything. There was no follow up scan after the last round, so I have no idea if it did pass. I'm getting a stinging type pain I'm one area front and back and still bleeding. The Dr said to retest 3 weeks after the last round of meds. It's coming up to 2 weeks on Fri and still getting a faint positive. My hsg levels on Mon were 80, down from 110 last weds. So it is coming down but is it enough? Should I sit it out and ignore these pains? They're not severe but stinging
