I have 5 months to tone up.
Is 5 months a realistic amount of time to lose 15lbs and noticeably tone my abs, legs and ass? I’m feeling defeated idk why. 😞 can anyone recommend a program to follow?
Thanks so much all! I count calories currently, 1200 a day.
I don’t eat any dairy and I watch my carbs as they are certainly my downfall.
