Ok so I want to know if this is the pill and not the flu...

Soooooooooo on Sunday forgot to take my pill and I just thought. (Oh I'll take it tomorrow.) and on Monday I took the pill from Sunday. BUT I FORGOT TO TAKE THE PILL FOR MONDAY. Then on Tuesday I had to the the Monday pill and I also took the the Tuesday pill. But I took them hours apart. But then Tuesday I got really sick. I eventually fell asleep and I feel ok now. But I still have a little stomach ache...I think it was the pill tbh...but you never know. (I'm an idiot, I know)

The pill was also on the higher dose part.
