I am very new to tracking and I’m trying to get a hold on my cycle, so bear with me if this sounds silly.

It’s the last day of my period today. Weirdly, I woke up with my usual ovulation symptoms - very mild cramps and back pain which always disappear when I stand up. Can I be ovulating this early?

I took my very first OPK today and the results are attached. It looks pale to me, which if I’m reading the package right is a negative.

Does this look like I’m heading toward an early ovulation, or just a random symptom, or too early to tell?

I’d love any advice on how to track or any experience you’ve had with something like this.
