Hey ladies,

I had my baby on 3/23 and I know it can take some time for milk to come in and to establish a supply. However, I wondered what tips you guys may have for increasing supply? I’m trying the mother’s milk tea, but are there any other suggestions? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, I’m struggling a bit here and it kills me to hear baby cry for more milk when I’m just not producing it.( We are supplementing with donor milk).
