I’m devastated

So I’ve just been diagnosed with PCOS and while I know it’s not the end of the world I am still absolutely devastated. I knew deep in my gut that this was what was plaguing me but I was hoping I was wrong. Any advice or kind words from you all would be treating appreciated.
