I’m worried and confused

So yesterday I had sex with my partner, and he fingered really rough, when I got home I noticed I was bleeding like a light brown kinda reddish too, I put a small pad, and now I go to the bathroom and I’m still bleeding, did he rip something down there? Because I didn’t feel any pain at all, I need help
