16 days late with negative tests!

I am 16 days day and 4 days ago received two negative pregnancy tests. My last pregnancy, I got a positive pregnancy test two days before my missed period!

The only symptoms I have (and at this point, I believe they are symptoms of pms) are very very sore boobs, lots of watery cm, and I get period like cramps every time I urinate....

Any insight?
