So scared

I previously had my first u/s and saw a heartbeat on March 8 and measured 6 weeks.

I went in today (3/28) for an ultrasound because of very light brown discharge when I wiped. It seemingly went away. I scheduled an ultrasound anyway today. Today the ultrasound measures only 7w3d when it should be 8w5d. I’m waiting for hcg tests now.. has this happened to anyone? I’m kinda worried and would love any support
