What is this?!🤔

okay, so.. Im almost 11 weeks pregnant, and I've had this red 'rash' looking mark on my outter thigh for about 3-4 days now. It doesn't itch, doesn't burn, isn't flaky, or dry, & it's not getting any bigger, although it's also not getting any smaller either. It's just kinda there.

At first I thought it was ringworm.. but it's not itchy. I tried hydrocortisone, but its still there. It's just bigger than the size of a quarter.. I have a doctor apt On tuesday, and I'll ask my doctor, but until then.. any suggestions?
